As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code from us, so that you can track the status of your order.

At our company we currently only ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.

In some cases it may take several business days for your order to arrive, while in other cases it may take a little longer. Return:

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days. This is only possible if the item is unused and undamaged. Returning an item is easy. Send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive a return label from us with which you can return the item free of charge. After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the account specified by you as soon as possible.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via the contact form on our website. Please state your order number and, if possible, add a photo of the damage. Our customer service will process your report as soon as possible and discuss a solution with you. Depending on the situation, we can replace the item, repair it or refund the purchase price. We always strive to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
