Cancel & Exchange
If you want to exchange or cancel an item, the first thing you should do is contact our customer service. Make sure you have your order number at hand and clearly indicate which item you want to exchange and for which item you want to exchange it, or which size you need. Our customer service representatives will be happy to guide you through the exchange or cancellation process and inform you about the further steps that need to be taken.
Cancellation is only possible if the order is not yet on its way, please contact us.
It may happen that the item you want to exchange is not in stock or that there are other restrictions. It is therefore important to be well informed about the company's terms of exchange before making a purchase. Once you and our customer service team have decided which item or size you would like to exchange, it is time to return the item you wish to exchange to the company.
Make sure you return the exchanged item in good condition and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that come with it. Pack the item securely and send it back via a reliable shipping service. Once the item has arrived with us and has been checked for any damage or missing parts, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
Please note that exchanging an item may take a little extra time depending on stock availability and shipping process.
